If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount in order to book other services at the salon and a loss of your deposit.
For guests, a $50 deposit is required for color services UP to 2 hours. A $100 deposit is required for color services OVER two hours. Color corrections require a deposit of half payment of the quote given during the consultation.
If you "no show" to your appointment, FULL payment of the service value will be required. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, HALF payment of the service value will be required.
