Due to an increasing number of “no call, no shows,” we are putting in place the following policy that will better respect the limited time of our hardworking stylists (wives, mamas, and women):
If you are a NEW client requesting a specialty or corrective color service that requires a time slot of 2 or more hours be blocked off, we will now be requiring a $50 deposit to book the appointment. To avoid holding onto client card numbers, this will be charged immediately upon booking, whether over the phone or in person.
Your $50 deposit will be subtracted from your day-of total. If you reschedule up to 24-hours before your appointment, we will apply this $50 deposit to your new appointment date. However, if you cancel but do not reschedule - or cancel within the 24 hours leading up the appointment - your $50 deposit will NOT be held or refunded.
Though it has not been a part of our booking process in the past, this practice of deposits is common in the industry. We hope you understand our desire to best support our women as we continue accomplishing your hair goals!
